2. Independent Technicians: The services provided through Wrench Chief are performed by independent, third-party automotive technicians or contractors. These technicians are not employees, agents, or representatives of WrenchChief. As a result, Wrench Chief is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services performed by these technicians. All services are provided at the sole risk of the customer, and any disputes, claims, or issues related to the services must be directed toward the independent technician who performed the work.

3. Liability Disclaimer: Wrench Chief, its affiliates, and its heirs are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from services performed by the independent technicians, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage
• Faulty repairs
• Personal injury
• Loss of use of the vehicle
• Delays in service
• Any other damages arising from the technician's work

By using Wrench Chief, you agree to hold the independent technician solely responsible for any and all issues related to the services performed. You acknowledge that Wrench Chief acts only as a facilitator, connecting you with technicians and is not responsible for the outcome of the services provided.

4. No Warranty Provided by WrenchChiefWrenchChief does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the services rendered by independent technicians. If the technician offers a warranty, it is solely between the technician and the customer, and Wrench Chief bears no responsibility for any claims related to such warranties.

5. Payment: Customers are required to provide payment for services rendered by the technician at the time of service. Wrench Chief accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for setting appointments, but any alternative payment methods must be coordinated directly with the technician. WrenchChief is not responsible for any disputes regarding payments made to technicians.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchChief disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of WrenchChief’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of vehicle use, personal injury, or property damage resulting from the services rendered by independent technicians.

However, service availability may vary based on location, technician availability, and other factors beyond Wrench Chief’s control. Wrench Chief does not guarantee immediate or specific arrival times for technicians.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the customer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
